Massage Services Guidelines at Holistic Space Welcome to Holistic Space! In order to provide all of our clients with a pleasant and stress-free experience, the following guidelines for massage services apply: 1. Appointment Booking - Appointments can be booked online up to 4 hours before the session begins. --- 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time. --- 3. Punctuality - Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure a relaxed start and to fully enjoy your massage experience. - Late arrivals may reduce the total duration of your massage, as I need to adhere to the schedule for subsequent appointments. --- 4. Health and Well-being - Please inform me during booking or before your massage if you have any health concerns or special needs. - Massages are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor beforehand. --- 5. Payment Methods - Payment is due immediately after the massage, either in cash or via Twint. --- Thank you for your understanding and for adhering to these guidelines.
